About the role This is a high-volume, compliance-focused People & Culture Advisor role supporting a large, distributed workforce. You’ll work in the engine room — delivering reliable people transactions that keep frontline teams operating safely, confidently and compliantly. What you’ll be doing Processing high-volume employee lifecycle transactions Maintaining accurate employee data across HR and payroll systems Preparing contracts, variations and employment letters Managing licences, visas and compliance records Supporting payroll and workforce planning with accurate data Managing shared inboxes and workflows Providing first-level people advice aligned to policy Supporting audits, system checks and data clean-ups What we’re looking for 1–2 years’ experience in HR operations or people administration Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments Experience using HR systems and handling employee data Understanding of employment compliance Why join Certis?
